Unless otherwise specified - shipping charges will be added to your order.
We ship worldwide. $5 will be added to the price of the first item and 50c for each additional item, up to $15.
All orders must be shipped to a street address. P.O. Boxes will not be accepted.
Ruth Beker assumes responsibility for shipping to the address which was stated in the order.
For orders of less than $150 goods will be despatched by air-mail which takes about 14 days.
For orders above $150, shipping is free.
Goods will be despatched by "EMS" messenger services.
EMS takes about 5-7 days to deliver and gives door-to-door delivery. The location of the parcel is traceable in EMS web site.
To most countries we can provide a tracking number, which will help customer to track the package.

We grant 10% discount on orders over $250, and 20% discount on orders over $450.

If you wish to return an item, it can be sent back for an exchange, credit or refund.
Acceptance of returns are subject to the following:

Only items supplied directly by Ruth Beker are returnable.
Returns must be sent not later than the FIFTH day after receipt by the Buyer.
Durable packing materials must be used for the return shipment to Ruth Beker.
The buyer may return the goods via surface mail or otherwise at the buyer's discretion.
The buyer is advised to insure the goods being returned.
The costs of packing, return shipment and insurance are on the buyer's account and are not refundable. Any collect charges for shipment will be deducted from money refunded, or if excessive, Ruth Beker will refuse to pay such charges.
When returning goods, the buyer must at the same time advise Ruth Beker by fax or e-mail of details of the items being returned, and of method of shipment.
Proofs of receipt by the buyer, and of return shipment to Ruth Beker, must be sent per airmail to the seller (not packed with goods being returned).
